Imp Cleaning Service is a Metro Melbourne based cleaning group. We can provide both domestic and commercial cleaning covering both general cleaning and various steam cleaning and maintenance works.
After years in the industry we learned that whether domestic or commercial the principles are always the same: so long as the cleaners care about their work, so long as there is care in how things are handled, then the outcome will always be positive. We work with this principle of care in our cleaning to bring the best results.

Every customer comes to us with different needs and different expectations of what cleaning means. It is our job to take these desires and needs into account and adjust accordingly.

Schedules are important to everyone, and one of the major reasons many people organise cleaners is because they lack time. We take this seriously, for us even just getting access to the property is a big part of the service from being on time to organising keys or whatever is required.
Caring about our works
You can’t be a cleaner without standing by your works. For us part of that is focus on quality, but also on assurance that if there are issues they will be resolved. We follow through on our cleaning every step of the way.
Imp Cleaning Service is run by a former cleaner who spent over 10 years in the field before stepping up and creating a business that would better fit his vision of the industry: an industry where cleaners actually care about the works they do. The group has grown since forming and now works with dozens of real estates and at thousands of properties per year.
Imp Cleaning Service places great focus on being as environmentally friendly and socially conscious as possible. Our practices minimize water waste, our chemicals are biodegradable and we promote an open minded and equal opportunity work environment.
